dim lighting elevator absence

the courtyard was quite beautiful. it provided a peaceful escape from the city.

The room lighting was pretty dim. it was difficult to read in the evenings. also, the absence of an elevator to the upper floors was not convenient. Hauling luggage upstairs was a bit of a workout, wasn't it?

okay experience

full kitchen continental breakfast spacious room room change leak upstairs inconvenient situation

i really loved having a full kitchen in the room. we arrived the day before hurricane francine. we were super thankful for this room to hang out in all day wednesday! the sunday morning continental breakfast was fabulous.

we were told we had to change rooms mid stay. this was definitely not ideal! i woke up on day 2 to water pouring through the vent in the shower. it was also coming down the bedroom wall from a leak upstairs.

The suite had a full kitchen that included a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The staff stored luggage for me when I arrived before check-in time. This was very helpful!

Street parking was unavailable, and I used valet parking at a nearby garage.

full kitchen laundry facilities convenient amenities

The location worked out perfectly for exploring. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. The included laundry facilities were a definite plus, very convenient.
